Founder and Principal
I'm Matt, founder of Ci2i Strategic Advisory and a finance and commercial leader with over 25 years’ experience across corporate, SME and advisory roles.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with business owners, boards and leadership teams — often during moments of change, pressure or transition. I created Ci2i to offer strategic support that’s practical, grounded, and genuinely useful: not just advice, but a sounding board and partner in progress.
I’m based in Manchester and work flexibly with clients across the UK.
